We keep things simple. These rules help everyone in the building have a great experience.
1. Respect others and shared spaces.
2. Keep noise and distractions to a minimum, especially in common areas.
3. Clean up after yourself in community areas so they're ready for the next person.
4. Be available to receive your guests and make sure they follow all house rules.
5. Include your business name and space number on all mail and packages. Be available to receive any pallet or freight deliveries.
6. Keep doors shut and latched, and report anything broken, suspicious, or illegal.
7. Treat shared equipment with care and return it when you're done.
8. Use dumpsters for all trash and recycling from your space. Common area bins are for everyday items only.
9. Keep the loading docks clear. Place empty pallets in the designated area.
10. Be kind and respectful. Help us foster a welcoming community.
