What are the requirements for becoming a member?

Here's what you'll need to become a member:

  • A signed membership agreement

  • A security deposit and first month's membership payment

  • A certificate of insurance (commercial general liability, $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate)

To get your agreement ready, we'll need:

  • The legal entity or name for the agreement, and what state it's registered in

  • A mailing address for official notices

  • The name, title, email, and phone number of the person signing

  • Your desired move-in date

The process is simple: tour">take a tour, pick your space, sign the agreement, pay your deposit and first month, and move in.
