Your security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your move-out date, as long as your space is in good condition and your account is current.
What could affect your deposit
If the space requires cleaning or repairs, those costs may be deducted from your deposit before it's returned. This includes damage to walls, floors, or fixtures, as well as removal of any items left behind.
How you'll receive it
Your deposit will be returned to the original payment method on file. If your payment information has changed, let us know before your last day so we can make sure it gets to you without any delays.
