You'll need to provide 30 days' written notice before your move-out date.
Before your last day
Remove all personal property, equipment, inventory, and furnishings from your space. This includes anything mounted to the walls, shelving, and any items stored outside your space.
Return the space in the same condition it was in when you moved in. If you made any approved modifications during your membership, check with our on-site team on whether those need to be reversed.
On your last day
Make sure your space is clean and clear. Any items left behind after your move-out date will be considered abandoned.
After you move out
Your security deposit will be returned within 30 days, provided your space is in good condition and your account is current.
