If your payment doesn't go through on the 1st, we'll send you reminders automatically. Late fees will apply to any overdue balance.
If your invoice remains unpaid for 30 days, your building access will be deactivated until all past due balances are paid in full. Continued nonpayment may result in further action as outlined in your membership agreement.
