Common causes
ACH transfers (direct bank transfers) can take a few business days to process, so if you've recently set it up or made a payment, it may still be in transit.
If the transfer was declined, check that your bank account information is entered correctly under Billing > Payment Details in the Member Portal at members.polygonspaces.com/billing.
Make sure your account has sufficient funds and that your bank hasn't flagged the transaction.
Still having trouble?
Some banks require you to authorize recurring ACH payments.
Contact your bank to confirm the payment is approved on their end.
