There are a couple of common reasons your print job might not be going through.
Check your Wi-Fi network
Make sure you're connected to the "Polygon" Wi-Fi network. If you're on the guest network or a different connection, your print job won't reach the printer.
Release your print job
When you send a document to the PaperCut Printer, it's held securely until you release it at the printer.
Walk up to the printer and enter your access code or use the PaperCut Hive app to release your job.
