Why is Wi-Fi not working?

Check the basics

Make sure you're connected to the network labeled "Polygon" and that you're using the correct password from your welcome email.

If you're connected but don't have internet access, try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Common fixes

Restart your device's Wi-Fi by toggling it off and back on.

If that doesn't help, try forgetting the network, then reconnecting with the password from your welcome email.
