How do I sign up for printing?

You'll receive an email from PaperCut Hive with an invitation to set up your printing account. This email contains your unique access code, which you'll need to release print jobs at the printer. Hold onto this email for reference.

Getting set up

Click "Get Started" in the invitation email. From there, you'll set up printing in three steps: install the PaperCut Printer app on your computer, install the PaperCut Hive app on your phone, and then you're ready to print.

Printing from your computer

When you're ready to print, go to File > Print and select "PaperCut Printer" as your destination. Your print job will be held securely until you release it at the printer.

Printing from your phone

Install the PaperCut Hive app, then go to your phone's settings to approve the download. Once installed, you can print directly from your phone the same way you normally would.

Releasing your print job

Walk up to the printer and release your job using either your access code or the PaperCut Hive mobile app.

Note: Make sure you're connected to the "Polygon" Wi-Fi network before printing.
