Using the Member App
Open the Member App and tap the key button in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
This will unlock the door nearest you. You can access the building 24/7 using the app.
If your phone is dead
If your phone dies while you're at the building, contact our on-site team or email us at [email protected] and we'll help you get in.
Team member access
Any team members you've added through the Member Portal will also be able to access the building using the app on their own device.
Note: You'll need to download the Member App and activate your Member Portal access before building access will work. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
