How do I access the building when my phone is dead?

If your phone dies while you're at the building, contact our on-site team directly and they'll help you get in.

You can also email us at [email protected] or send us a message.

If this happens regularly, we recommend keeping your phone charged or carrying a portable battery.

Building access runs entirely through the Member App, so your phone is your key.
