Using the digital key
Open the Member App and tap the key button in the bottom right corner of the home screen.
This will unlock the door nearest you. You can access the building 24/7 using this feature.
Do I need a badge?
No. Building access is handled entirely through the Member App.
There are no physical badges or key cards to carry.
If your phone is dead
If your phone dies while you're at the building, contact our on-site team or email us at [email protected] and we'll help you get in.
Team member access
Any team members you've added through the Member Portal will also be able to use the digital key on their own device once they've downloaded the app.
Note: You'll need to activate your Member Portal access and download the Member App before building access will work.
