On move-in day, you'll have access to the building and your space as soon as you're ready to start.
Getting into the building
Use the Member App to unlock the building doors. There's a key button in the bottom right corner of the app's home screen that unlocks the door nearest you. Your individual space is secured by the door code you selected during your move-in checklist.
Using the loading dock
If you're bringing in large items, equipment, or pallets, you're welcome to use the loading dock. If you anticipate needing extra time at the dock, let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate with other members in the building.

We're happy to show you and your team around Polygon and answer any questions on move-in day. Our on-site team is here to help with anything you need.
Note: If you haven't already, be sure to download the Member App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Building access is only available through the app.
