There are three things you'll need to complete before move-in day. You'll find links for each of these in your welcome email.
1. Submit your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
We need a valid COI on file before you can access the building or your space. You can submit yours through the form linked in your welcome email. Without this on file, building access won't be activated.
2. Select your door code
Each space has a programmable door code for private access. Your welcome email includes a link to submit your preferred code. Requirements vary by location, and those details are included in the email.
3. Submit your signage request
We'll place a sign with your branding outside your space at no charge. Your welcome email includes a link to submit your artwork. If we don't receive your request within one week of move-in, we'll create text-only signage on your behalf.
Note: There is a one-time fee of $150 for each sign reprint after your initial sign is created.
Once all three are complete, you're ready to move in.
