How to ship outgoing packages
When you're ready to ship, drop your outgoing packages in the appropriate carrier basket in the pickup area. Each basket is labeled by carrier, so you can drop and go.
Pickup schedules
Carrier pickup times vary by location. If you have a time-sensitive outgoing shipment, plan to have it in the pickup area before the earliest window for your carrier.
Incoming deliveries
When a delivery arrives, our on-site team receives it and stores it securely in the mail room until you're ready to pick it up.
