How do after-hours deliveries work?

Updated today

Most carrier deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and USPS arrive during regular business hours. Our on-site team receives these on your behalf and stores them securely in the mail room.

Deliveries outside business hours

If you have a delivery scheduled outside of regular business hours, you're responsible for being on-site to receive it. This includes late-afternoon carrier routes and any deliveries you've specifically scheduled for evenings or weekends.

How to avoid after-hours issues

When setting up your shipping address on platforms like Amazon, FedEx, UPS, or any other service, set your business hours to 9am-5pm. This tells carriers to prioritize delivery during the window when our team is available to receive packages on your behalf.

On Amazon specifically, go to Your Addresses > Edit Delivery Preferences, set the property type to "Business," and enter your hours of operation.

Note: You can still access the building and pick up packages from the mail room 24/7. After-hours delivery is only an issue when a carrier needs someone on-site to hand off a package.
