Check the mail room
All packages received during business hours are stored in the mail room. You can access the mail room 24/7, so check there first.
Check your notifications
If you have the Member App installed with notifications turned on, you should receive a push notification when a delivery arrives. If you didn't get one, it's possible the package hasn't been delivered yet.
Check your tracking
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you can't find it, email us at [email protected] or send us a message. Our on-site team can help track it down.
After-hours deliveries
If your package was scheduled for delivery outside of business hours and no one was on-site to receive it, the carrier may have attempted delivery and left a notice. Check your tracking for details or contact the carrier directly.
