How do I receive packages?

When a package arrives at Polygon, our location team receives it and stores it securely in the mail room.

How you'll know it's here

If you have the Member App installed, you'll receive a push notification when a delivery arrives. We recommend keeping notifications turned on so you never miss one.

Picking up your packages

You can pick up packages from the mail room 24/7. Your building access works around the clock, so you can grab your deliveries whenever it's convenient.

Setting your delivery hours

When ordering from platforms like Amazon, make sure to set your business hours to 9am-5pm in your delivery preferences. This helps carriers deliver during hours when our team is on-site to receive on your behalf.

On Amazon, you can do this under Your Addresses > Edit Delivery Preferences by setting the property type to "Business" and entering your hours of operation. Most other platforms have similar settings in your shipping address or account preferences.

Note: If you're expecting a freight or pallet delivery, our team will sign for it and either direct the driver to your space or notify you when it arrives.
