Our team does their best to move deliveries to your space on the same day they arrive. If a delivery is too large to fit in your space or can't be moved right away, we ask that you have it removed from the dock within 24 hours.
Keeping the dock clear is important so other members can receive their deliveries too. If you're expecting something large, let us know ahead of time and we can help coordinate.
