Booking
You can book the conference room under Meeting Rooms in the Member Portal at members.polygonspaces.com/meeting-rooms, or through the Member App.
Find an available time slot and click to reserve it. Your booking credits will be applied automatically.
Using the room
The conference room is equipped with a TV, whiteboard, and in-table power outlets. Please leave the room the way you found it when you're done — erase the whiteboard, throw away any trash, and make sure the TV is set back to its default input.
Etiquette
Please be mindful of your booking time so the room is available for the next member. If you're bringing food or drinks, clean up any spills and take your trash with you.
