Every location is by appointment only, so your guests will need you to let them in.
Before they arrive
When they arrive, you should be available to greet them and let them in.
While they're here
You're responsible for your visitors while they're in the building.
Please make sure they follow all house rules, including keeping noise down, staying out of other members' spaces, and respecting shared areas.
Booking a space for your visit
If you're hosting a meeting, you can book the conference room under Meeting
Rooms in the Member Portal at members.polygonspaces.com/meeting-rooms, or through the Member App.
