Why can't I see the conference room to book it?

If the conference room isn't showing up when you try to book, there are a few things to check.

Make sure your portal access is active

Booking is only available to active members.

If your Member Portal access hasn't been activated or your membership isn't current, you may not be able to see available rooms.

Go to Meeting Rooms in the Member Portal at members.polygonspaces.com/meeting-rooms and check if the rooms appear.

Check your booking credits

If you've used all of your booking credits for the month, the rooms may still appear but you won't be able to reserve them until your credits reset.
