If the content studio isn't showing up when you try to book, there are a few things to check.
Make sure your portal access is active
Booking is only available to active members.
If your Member Portal access hasn't been activated or your membership isn't current, you may not be able to see available rooms.
Go to Meeting Rooms in the Member Portal at members.polygonspaces.com/meeting-rooms and check if the studio appears.
Check your booking credits
If you've used all of your booking credits for the month, the studio may still appear but you won't be able to reserve it until your credits reset.
