BLE stands for Bluetooth Low Energy, and this error means your phone's Bluetooth is turned off or not connecting to the door reader.
How to fix it
Open your phone's settings and make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Our door readers use geofences that detect your phone when you're within range, so Bluetooth needs to be enabled at all times for building access to work.
After turning Bluetooth on, close and reopen the Member App, then try the key button again.
