Why is my key not working?

Check the Member App first

Building access runs through the Member App.

Make sure you're using the key button in the bottom right corner of the home screen to unlock the door.

If the app isn't responding, try closing and reopening it.

Common fixes

Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on, as the digital key uses it to communicate with the door.

If you're still having trouble, try restarting your phone and opening the app again.

Space door code

If you can get into the building but your individual space door code isn't working, double-check that you're entering the correct code. If you've forgotten your code or need it changed, email us and we can help.
